I think Viart needs a proper Bug tracking system such as Bugzilla/Trac etc.
 
It would be easier for all to report any bugs found in Viart and where we all can easily see the bugs which are found and which are worked upon.
 
This would definitely ease up a lot of confusion regarding the update files as well.

Of course Viart needs both bug tracking and version control, and make this process public. I'm sure that they must have some in-house system for these processes, even if it's putting notes on a scrap piece of paper.
 
Viart needs someone that knows about project management for a piece of software with a avid user community that expects more communication than Microsoft gives about Excel.

How do we get Viart's attention to this subject

 
It's kind of like the chicken or the egg situation. . . we need bug and version tracking so we know Viart has its attention on these issues . . . but . . . there is no system so we don't know they have any attention paid to these issues . . . real tricky.
