Hello, I have searched the forum but was unable to get the answer I need. I am unable to login the admin panel.
 
I have cookies turned on, and I am not able to access the php.ini file since I am hosting on a shared server (or so I think thats why I cant access it).
 
If I try to login in using IE, I am directed to a page cannot be found. If I try to login using Firefox, I am told I cant access the page, and the admin.php displays.
 
I really love this product and hope I can get this resolved.
 
Please help.

I should add, I get this URL returned when trying to login,
 
admin_login.php?return_page=%2Fadmin%2Fadmin.php&type_error=1

Most likely the problem can be due to the PHP session settings. We would recommend you to check whether you correctly set the path for saving session files in your php.ini
session.save_path
