When my partners and myself try to access my admin in Internet Explorer, We cant get in. In Firefox, we can and everything works fine. Im a die hard FF fan, they all use Internet Explorer. (some people will never learn)
 
Why does it do that and how can I fix it?

probably just need a cache clear out.

That was my first idea... We tried it. Didnt work from 5 different laptops in five different locations. FF works fine from each point, IE? << no go. :(

It's still not working... and WOW! Nobody has a clue? I don't either... Ive tried everything that comes to mind.
 
I guess viart support isnt worth a thing unless your paying for it... at least, I get that drift from the forum messages.

The forum is not the first point for support. If it's not the cache I dont have a clue. You should send a support ticket.

The forums aren't for ViArt support, it's for friendly community help. If someone knows, they'll let you know.
 
As for your issue, you need ViArt's support, so click on support at the top of the page.

Okay... Im UTTERLY CONFUSED!!! When I login, this topic disappears as if it doesnt exist.
 
The Submit Ticket thing isnt working, it just times out or gives me a "too many request error".

I read about good support teams. i read that this is great software to use. I read about all the good things and then I get the raw end of the deal just dealing with the website and the forum. LOL!
 
Maybe Im just having a bad day and the web admin didnt drink his V8 this week...

Clear your cache and change your browser settings to not cache future pages.

I just reinstalled and re-updated my database and it started working... no idea.
