I want to make a correctly working url. after going to it, there will be loaded a support center, where will be already choosed department and/or type. How to write this url?
 
For example:
http://www.mysite.com/support.php?department=support123.
Something like this.
 
Is it possible?

I too was looking how to do this the other day....
 
I'm not quite sure how we do it though...
