I was trying to add products and the following is what came up. Any Suggestions?

I have the same problem after upgrading from 3.4.7 to 3.5.

same db error here...
3.4.7 too 3.5
MySQL Error: Unknown column 'quantity_increment' in 'field list'

I gave up , have zero time to wait for support responces.
Was able too ftp back all older version files and all working again.... but still shows 3.5
will wait till all the bugs are worked out before even attempting again

Hi, I am a non techie but this may or may not help!!!
 
I too have done an upgrade to 3.5.
 
I have checked the new table structure for va_items_properties_assigned and the field 'property_description' is actually present.
 
Have you updated the database since you upgraded?
 
Apparently there has been problem with the upgrade system in that it wasn't showing up in the admin panel.
 
However the direct url is admin_upgrade.php in the admin folder.

I have applied the follwing procedure
1- Uploaded all the files to server.
2- Directed to the URL admin_upgrade.php
but at these stage the system gaves that my system has already updated message. So I have never seen a link fo database upgrade. How can upgrade my database? Is there another link for that?

Most probably this error occurred as you haven't completed the upgrade of your database through the Admin panel. Please go to Administration > System > System Upgrade and press the 'Upgrade your Database to version 3.5' button.
 
In case you do not see the Admin Upgrade link through your Admin menu Items, please ensure that it is activated in the privileges for the Admin.

The system upgrade tick box is in Administration > System > Privilege Groups - and edit the appropriate group.

I upgraded from 3.4.7 to 3.5 and all the privileges are OK.
I do not see button saying "Upgrade your Database to version 3.5"
I see DB ERROR 1054 just when I try to edit or add a product in admin panel as follows:

Kempo - The solution is given above.
 
Please go into Administration > System > Privilege Groups - and edit the appropriate group - probably Administrator - in "Use checkboxes to allow access to modules". Tick the "System Upgrade" box.
 
This makes the "Upgrade your Database to version 3.5" link appear in Administration > System > System Upgrade.
Then you can upgrade the DB.

I ran into this error too, "Upgrade DB" was not showing in the admin area where it used to.
 
manually went to xxx/store/admin/admin_upgrade.php and upgraded the db this way.
 
It's ridiculous that upgrade instructions weren't included in the release.

VIART, please include these instructions somewhere! I just upgraded and was very lost when my System Upgrade choice disappeared and so, so appreciative of my fellow users outlining how to fix this issue. All is well now, whew!!
