I couldn't figure out how to disable the wishlist on the "My Account" page. So I asked support. In case anybody was wondering, it's under Administration > Site Users > Users Types > Edit Type. That's where you can enable and disable the wishlist, saved carts, reward points, affiliate program, etc. for each user type.
