I just bought Viart Ent 3.5 (into my second week). I am experiencing issues sending out mail i have posted both a ticket and a forum topic. No one even suggests what the problem might be, yet alone try to fix it.
 
Now i am in the middle of dev. and testing and my credit_card_info.php pages refuses to load. I have tried changing templates and layouts same thing.
 
I thought hard about buying this product and right now i can honestly say i am begining to regret.
 
Anyways if support or anyone here cares to waste some time a look at my issue feel free at

Hi Converge Looks like its working fine just tried a test ..exploring california beaches (would love to btw) have you connected to your choices of payment processor yet. Not many are keen to log their card details on a non secure site tho.
 
Stick in it does work and support usually do the necessary eventually. Colin

I had the authorize.net AIM setup and was working fine. Did multiple purchased (site is not secure yet). However I can set up the personal payment and not sure the credit card field.
 
None of my purchase attempts seems to be getting past the order info page.
 
The option for payment details does not sure up. If you got to that screen or beyond please let me know.

Update.
 
I had multiple persons perform test. And only new accounts or persons could purchase items.
 
All old accounts got a blank credit_card_info.php page. (the screen does not go past the order details page for older accounts).

just tried two transactions both went through (signed out and signed in again too) having said that the block asking for card details only asked for varification code and card type and st date. Doesn't look like you have the payment system set as default - looks like personal system-

Support is currently looking into it, I will post their findings back here.
 
We noticed that was it only happening with 3 particular accounts. (all are approved and have ordered before)
