Having a big problem solving this issue
Have site emails redirected to my store email, however unable to reply to customer because it is sent from the store, so reply to address is the store??? where does one find out who actually sent it ??? where is that data stored in viart ??
 
help please......

Also if i do hit the hyper link from viart software, none of the admins have access to it,,,,,where is that adjusted ????
