Hi
 
is there any block for featured products like "products(featured)".and that block needs to display in all the pages like homepage,product pages and order pages.
if its is there then how to configure that block.

You can use ViArt Special Offer block for this.
 
To add your products to the Special offer block, please go to Admin > Products > your product > Edit > Special Offer and tick off the 'Add this Product to Special Offers section' check box, update your changes.
Then go to Admin > CMS. Click the ' Home Page Layout' link, for example, choose ' Products(special offers)' block from the Available Blocks and add it to one of the below Columns. You can do the same for other pages of your site.

but i have more than 10 products,those are all displayed randomly when ever page refresh, and all are display in featured product block place.
