How can I set up the Viart shopping cart in order to let customers or visitors have free downloadable products? I mean a file they can download for free.
I tried with the price set to zero but it didn't work.

There is a possibility to set zero price for product in the current release of ViArt Shop.
To run order with zero total amount through Checkout please use Personal payment system.
You can set it up so it won't have any field requesting for payment information, just a note from Payment Information (shown for users) setting.

If can set the price at €0,00. The form in the adminstration promises me that it will be shown just like I want it to, but on the site it show €1.199,99
Any idea?
 
I probably was the latest person to get me a 3.6 license.
 
It makes no difference if I change the parameters at product settings (show zero-price, don't show a price at all or give message): the price still remains at this ridiculous level.
 
And then comes the surprise: I change the price to €1,00 : no effect.
I am really getting desperate now.
I change the price of other products: it works.
I change the price of the product that should be at price zero: no effect.. I refresh, I use another browser.. no effect. The price stays at 1.199,99 Euro.
 
Okay, there he goes. I add another test-product. Price at 0.
What I get now is a price of 3.999.99 Euro ????
What is wrong?
