Hi,

I've already setup the global system setting to
(turn on friendly urls like my_product.html)
(Generate urls using latest title)
(.html extention)

But it doesn't seem to be working quite right, mostly 404 errors. I also tried keying in the paths of the individual categories (Edit Category/Friendly URL) with and without .html extentions and slashes, but that dosen't seem to be working either.

Maybe I'm doing something wrongly, could you please help?

Thanks and regards,
Jeremy

Thanks, I solved it.

There was a space at the front of
ErrorDocument 404 /friendly_url.php

Cheers,
Jeremy

Hello, I have similar problem with Friendly URL's...
Ofcourse they are working as individual urls. For main categories working good but they are separate from breadcrumb navigation flow.
My question: How I can use friendly URLs and Product breadcrumb working in old way but with fURLs.
I mean situation like this is possible?:
www.shop.com/top_category(asFURL)/sub_category(asFURL)/product(asFURL)

I tried to put into friendly url of product: "top_category(asFURL)/sub_category(asFURL)/productDR2007"
and in subCategory friendly url: "top_category(asFURL)/sub_category(asFURL)" and for main categories friendly url: "top_category(asFURL)" but its not working.

Any ideas?

Ok. I had reply from Viart Customer Support that style of fURLS in breadcrumb is not implemented in v3.0. It's possible but with your own implemented friendly URL system.
Sorry for little changed original subject of this thread.
