I created a feed, submitted it to Google three days ago, but still not seeing any activity on any feed reports. Has anybody successfully submitted a viart feed to google and be able to observe active product movers, etc?

Regularly upload xml file to google base & lists no problem. You should be able to view it in your merchant account after about 10 minutes. However it normally takes about a day for products to go active. You may need to double check your
Administration > Products > Products Settings >google base settings

Actually, I manually downloaded from viart and uploaded to google. Google sent email saying it was successful...but still no activity on the products...maybe people aren't interested in them...but I doubt it. Where will I go in google to see the products shown on the web...is there a please like froggle?

Go to your google merchant centre dashboard>my products and check to see if they are active or inactive. You can also check your data quality to see if google likes your part numbers, expire date etc.
 
If there active you should be able to search for them in: http://www.google.co.uk/products
