I have followed the instructions listed on the site and when I export my XML file it only has 136 products however i have over 400 loaded on my site. i have checked to make sure all have a google name etc and all do.

Anyone with some help that would be great!

Is it not exporting them? Or is it Google simply rejecting some of the submitted items? I have this (latter) problem frequently.

I fixed the base issue, took a lot of work with excel but finally got it right.

I had a similar problem and eventually found that if I had entered a manufacturer's code for a product, that stopped Viart adding it to my Google base export.
Strange but true!! That's on 3.5 and 3.6

I have similar issues. Here is the current status. I have 820 items in my store. I manually download the xml for editing into an editor for coding compliance from Google. I have done this for six months, no problems. May 2010 started having my feed on Google Merchant (the Froogle/ Base replacement) listing only 352.

@Alan_G: This problem did not occur when I had the products manufacturer's code filed in, as you suggest. I have 3.6, and no problems until now.

I have had numerous problems with the .xml listing correctly even ftp or manual! It is a bit of a nightmare getting responses back with correct how to do anythings.

Here is the error I am getting now and have got no response from Viart for 56 days on why.

FTP upload has failed
You could submit your data feed directly via Google Base
Downloadc:\php\temp\google_feed_ftp.xml } else { echo $xml; } } ?> PHP Warning: ftp_put() [function.ftp-put]: Opening BINARY mode data connection for google_feed_ftp.xml. in C:\Inetpub\www.gizar.com\admin\admin_export_google_base.php on line 405

If anyone has seen this please help! we are stuck!
