When i try and import our database of customers using the exported spreadsheet i get a mysql error although it does import the users, i have set the md5 encryption for users and think this may be the problem but i cannot noew uncheck the md5 setting even if i delete all users,

You will need to inject SQL query to remove the MD5 encryption. Let me know if you need help.
