I have asked support & as I host on Viart servers not sure if its a specific embed code that needs to be added. As I didn't do the set up myself on my usual because of Zend Compatibility. Now starting to wonder.

Thing is obviously no one else is having this issue and it kind of ties in with my previous unanswered forum topic re Flash not working in IE either. Getting customers phoning saying they cant add products. Wall BashCrying

I think I'm having the same issue. "Add to cart" seems to work, then pressing "check out" takes you to an empty cart? http://www.pozuusa.com.

Hi,
I have spent not hours but days upon days due to issues between Mozilla and IE6 or IE7 and then Opera.
I am shocked at the differences between the several browsers and we have to go with the norm, not many use Mozilla or Opera, unfortunately in my opinion IE6 / 7 is the worst and needs a lot of polishing.

Regarding the Basket problem, I have add this and yes it varied between browsers, however mine was resolved by correcting the PHP.ini file and making sure the sessions was set corrctly, if the sessions are not working correctly you cannot add to basket, it is the session that records all of the info until completion, I have the opposite at the moment.
I buy and buy and buy some more and the basket will not empty itself?
Sorry for going on, hope this helps a little.

I have to say, you should really submit a support ticket when you have something as critical as this.

I had a problem with credit cards in check out.
My last ticket had this response which I hope helps:
====================================================
We have conducted the investigation. While checking your site, we have found out that your credit card info page doesn't properly displayed in IE browser, however it looks ok in Firefox. So far, we can assume that it can cause the problems your customers mentioned.
We've uploaded the correct template from our default installation to fix the problem.
Hope, this will be helpful.
Please, let us know should the problem persists.

As I use Firefox when working on my site I could never understand why my testing was always successful but customers often had problems - PayPal accounts were fine.

It is always worth subscribing to support services. Wink

To fix this issue, I went to Products > Products Settings and in the first Global Settings section, I went to On Logout and unchecked the box for Clearing the shopping cart. That resolved the IE Add To Cart problem.

FireFox has a bad habit of retaining too much session and/or cookie information and in this case it fixed what seems to be a software bug because of that habit, whereas IE has a problem with the bug.
