We are working with a call center who sends us a batch of orders every 24 hours.
 
We need to get these orders into Viart for processing. I don't see a CSV function (or load CSV file) or a way to import orders into the system. Does this exist?

Under Admin -> Orders -> Sales/Orders. Look at the bottom under "Orders Maintenance". There is an option for "import".
 
I'd like to find a file layout for the CSV file that Viart would like initially. Can't seem to find one in the user guide.
