PHP 5.2.5 is used on the hosting, goods are imported incorrectly with part of the description or the name of the good being cut if goods are imported from .csv with the use of Cyrillic (win-1251). The problem is solved only if all the meanings are put in inverted commas. This problem definitely does not exist on PHP 4.4, import mistake was noticed only on 5.2.5 version.
