I tried many times by filling friendly URL and meta data from admin section but unable to find SEO compatible pages , I think your mod_rewrite function is not working.
 
I am using latest free version.
 
Let me know how to correct it.

Please note that in order to turn the feature on, you have to create a '.htaccess' file in your root and add the following line into it: ErrorDocument 404 /friendly_url.php; after that, you may need restart your apache.
Then please go to 'Administration > System > System Settings > Friendly URLs Settings' and turn on 'Friendly URLs'
