Sorry. I'm really pee'd off because on Tuesday I became aware that my site has completely dropped out of google indexing - I was ranking really well on all my keywords and have been for the last 2 years but on Tuesday I realised that my traffic drop-off in the last 2 weeks was down to lack of google search traffic.
I've contacted Viart for assistance and they've stopped responding to my e-mails which is really frustrating as this is such a massive issue for me:
Viart have recently done a major piece of work for me on implementing a Direct News Feed....however we've noticed that many of the site links which were previously working fine have stopped working and this may be linked to the google indexing problem.
I hate posting on this forum but I'm hoping to get someones attention to get this fixed.... please help me!

Just do a google re-inclusion request through webmaster if you are banned. ViArt does not have a code or structure that would get you banned from Google, if it would, no one here would be indexed in Google.

wow... to provide a link to your support page is not a good thing to do. personal information is provided within that support link and you should hesitate before doing so. IP, Email, Your FTP information, etc is all contained within this....
