Does anyone know when viart will be setup to use
3d integration for paypal-website pro?

PayPal is now offering this - it is not a Viart task as it is managed by the merchant.
If you have a PayPal Pro account you will be able to apply for (free) 3D verification - just announced and for which I applied today

Yes - have now received this from CardinalCommerce:

We have flagged you in our system as a Viart merchant so once the implementation is complete we will notify you ASAP with instructions.
