I'm not sure if I'm missing this somewhere or not, but I would like to state that it would be nice if we could select which user types have ability to say what their forum topic relates to, rather than it just being administrator sided.
 
For instance, option for user (if permission is given) to select next to a product/article a link that states:

This would be a great feature and enhancement to our site.
