I have a problem for setting up shipping cost.
 
While my logistics charge me at a fixed cost for the first 1 Kg and cheaper cost for each 0.5 Kg after, how can I set it in Shipping Methods?
 
For example:
 
0.1 Kg - 1 Kg = $10
1.1 Kg - 1.5 Kg = $3
1.6 Kg - 2 Kg = $3

In your case you can create some Shipping Methods that will have Minimum and Maximum Weight and Shipping Cost that correspond to
