Hi Dan

In answer to your question, you can have several operators using the call center at the same time.

I should point out that we at HolleyLand only installed version 3.3.15 for those interested in seeing whats available in the new new version. But have done little in the area of configuring for optimum performance. Basically what you see is what you get after installation.

It just so happen yesterday between those testing the demo along with our team conducting test from the FTP position our system had a momentary hiccup.

I apologies for the misunderstand.

I want only to add watermark function to my existing 3.3.2 version. I have high traffic so I do not want to upgrade to the latest version since it is beta now.
Can someone (prefebly Tony or ViArt reps) tell me which files to change in 3.3.2 to have watermark feature.
Thanks

Hi emresonmez

I've check latest version of ViArt and did not find anything
that indicate watermark function. If you know something I don't point me in the right direction and I'll investigate further.

That's the low point, the high point is that to create a watermark on the fly is not difficult. Follow the link
shown below for a step by step instruction. Should easily
meet your needs.

Hi Tony

Actually you can check how watermarks works on your site at
http://www.holleyland.com/viart-demo/jewelry.html

Just a few settings in the Administration > Products > Products Settings > Images > Watermarks Settings

Hi emresonmez

Thanks, the file is "admin_products_settings.php" ran a test
by copying to version 3.3.2 - caused failure - error page fail to display.

Either you'll have to update or try what I send in the previous message.

Sorry
