Hello everyone! We want to integrate Viart Shopping Cart with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) / marketing automation software such as InfusionSoft or similar.
 
The idea would be to be able to automatically send targeted communications to prospects and customers based on their behaviour. This is known as event-based marketing.
 
If a customer ordered a certain product, for example, we'd set the system to send one or a series of emails at intervals to a) educate the customer on how to best use the product, b) suggest add-on products that this customer might enjoy or find helpful, etc. This kind of automation does go beyond the scope of Viart itself but we want a way to integrate the info from Viart into such a system.
 
Does anyone know of an existing integration between Viart and a marketing system of this kind? Or of a vendor that could do this fairly economically?
