You know... Some would assume that for $250+, Viart would give A-1 support for the first 24 hours when issues occur.

And some would say that $250 is not a lot of money for an advanced feature set. Viart support is pretty good most of the times from my experience.

I agree with on2dvd. For the price I paid I am surprised, and delighted, with the support I get.
