Hi, I heard it will be released on Jan 31.
 
Only new features I know of because I've been asking/paying for them are:
 
1. Invoice creation option in order state (to prevent invoices made although order process was cancelled).
 
2. Coupon discount can also be applied to total order price.

I would really like to see some more marketing support on prices e.g buy one get one free, 3 for 2 etc

Hmmz, is that really not possible? I'd be a bit surprised knowing the wealth of Viart functions...

Any news when final version comes, please?

How is Viart counting versions? Did you roll that last number to two digits?
 
Our system status says we have the latest version, 3.3.2.

that's because it's still in beta testing. if you have a test server, then i'd try it there....

In software development it is normal to have increasing build numbers. So as development continues each "build" (adding features, etc.) increases the build number. That is why there is now 3.3.14 .
 
And as Dan mentions, it is beta so the auto update function is not activated.

Can anybody upload the beta to a public free hosting site like lycos tripod etc? i really want to demo the new site, but want it compleately seperate from our live site hosting :)

I think the issue will be with free sites, the limitations re. mysql database and php settings.

Is there a date yet for the release of this - does not make sense to install now and then have to upgrade very soon after?

In other words, if each shop processed ten orders in the month, would the admin show all thirty sales together for ease of management?

what's pgp in the new version? In the admin global settings there's a tab for pgp... what is that? Anyone able to explain it to me?

It's a program for encrypting and decrypting e-mails to keep the info secure so that only the people with the right keys can read the emails you send.
 
Seems like that have integrated PGP so that viart system emails can be sent with PGP. BUT, it may not be finished. I don't see any fields in the profiles for people to add their public PGP key.
