1.) Clicking 'CHECKOUT' just refreshes the page. So call center doesn't work.

2.) (see attached image) If your products have options, you cannot use this feature.

Hi Daniel,

Yes we know about that and plan to rewrite options logic in the next version where you would be able to select options from basket page. It is quite global change so it won't be available sooner than in the next version.

If this is such a global change, why was the feature even released already? ViArt - Please release things when they're completed. I love that new features are coming out, but it's just a let down when they don't actually work.

Call center does seem to work I guess, but what seems to be weird is that it takes you to the login screen. I'm not sure how this is really an different that the customer using it. Rather than have to login, there should be a link to 'Select Customer' and a list will come up for you to apply the order to the customer.

I agree, the so-called call center in 4.0.7 is nothing more than a waste of time for sites that have products with options. When customers call, I have to go look up their login (everyone forgets it) and log into the site as that person, then put in their order. Notwithstanding how lazy this is on the part of the customer, but it is clumsy for the Viart administrator.

What I'd like is a call center screen I can leave up all day, select a customer, items with options, and just process an order like a REAL business does.

Currently, there is no real functionality to the 'call center'. It is just as much trouble or more than what I described above.
