When a customer (!) orders but fails to pay I need to paste and copy my standard reply asking them to complete. Would be good if we could have an email reply section we could set up to respond to the various issues that come up.

Can't you do that by configuring an email when the corresponding payment status is set (e.g. failed or pending)?
