Wracking my brain, can't locate to edit special text.

I even downloaded the whole site and searched for the words and it doesn't find anything. I don't have more than 1 custom block. I am completely puzzled as to where I put the extra text in in the first place. I added the text 2 weeks back and now I am just completely out of my mind because I need to remove it. Please help?!

Thank you Leverage; regrettably Fireworks does not recognise your file - can you convert it to a jpeg file?

Don't use Fireworks to open a simple picture file.
Use Irfanview.com
That's like cutting down a tree with a 50cal machine gun.
 
 
The file is a PNG. I will convert it for you.
It is now a JPG, converted with Irfanview.

Not absolutely, but try:
Administration > Order Confirmation Page Settings
or
Administration > Order Profile Page Settings
 
btw - I use Fireworks a lot through the day so it is my natural program for png files
