No Mods using only Admin functions

On the Product Page : "Average Rating: Rate it!"
How do I get rid of it ? Seems to be connected to reviews.

Administration > Products > Products Settings
Allow Products Reviews [uncheck this]
 
you can also modify this in templates/user/block_products_list.html
You just need to remove or change:
