Customers say they cannot see any graphics or navigation

Hi all,
One of my websites is getting weird results for some users. From what I can tell, they are using IE but no specific version.

The problem they report is that they cannot see any graphics on the site or navigate to other pages.

I cannot replicate the problem in any browser. Has anyone else ever had this problem?
I am using Viart 4.1 and the website is www.mackilts.com

IE11 on Windows 8.1 is not showing picks

Turn on Developer tools (F12) and you will see that AddThis is causing the page to fail at line 1 of your page.

I'd check your header.html file layout and also AddThis docs
