On the Product Description page the Specifications tag says
 
Specification and it should be plural - Specifications
 
Where exactly can this be edited to make it correct?

Thank you, Pete. It is indeed a mistake. You can fix it in your shop if you go:
Administration > System > System Static Messages and search for PROD_SPECIFICATION_MSG then click 'Edit', change the message in 'Message' box and update.
