There is a setting in the php.ini to buffer output.
 
output_buffering=on
 
Make sure this is set.

Hello,
 
We have made a fix of admin_forum_thread.php, block_forum_topic.php and block_forum_topic_new.php after release 3.2 has been issued.
 
Please download an updated version of the files from here:
http://www.viart.com/downloads/forum_fix-3.2.zip
Then extract files into the root folder of your shop replacing existing ones.
Don't forget to make a backup copy of existing files in case something goes wrong.
