We have made a fix to the 'user_invoice_pdf.php' file.
 
Please, download an updated version of the file from here:
http://www.viart.com/downloads/user_invoice_pdf-3.1.zip
and replace an existing file user_invoice_pdf.php with the new one from the archive.
