I am setting up a new cart for someone and as i am playing with it and learning it. I just so happened to go to the Support page and under the Navigation bar, the word Don shows up. Not sure how or why. I have looked in the layouts and stuff. I used Notepad++ to help search for this in any of the code. Nothing showing up as a problem. I can not seem to find out where the word Don is coming from. I know I dont know everything, and this is a new product for me, but has anyone seen this before? i have included an attachment of what I am seeing. Please let me know and thank you ahead of time.

Well I found were its at. block_support.html. I take out the {intro_text} and its gone. The table is still there. So it pushes everything down some. I try and delete that out of the html, and I get the error Block doesn't exist:intro_block and nothing shows. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

First of all, you need to be patient, not everyone just hovers the forum looking for things to reply to.
 
Second of all, if it's the intro text that's doing it, then it must have been something your client put there. That being said, to remove it, take the following steps:
 
ADMIN SIDE:
 
Settings -> Helpdesk
 
It should be the last block down on the right. Remove/change the "Intro Text", and the problem is resolved.

Sorry. After a total of 11 views I was hoping for something. Also I was just asking a question. Was not getting upset.
 
2nd. I am the only one that has done anything in the platform. I have a copy for the main site and have a test area with it installed. I am the only one that has access to the admin areas on both. For these are for the most part fresh installs. For we have moved to a different hosting company and have more freedom with the webpages. so far all i have really done is add the logo to the site and messed with the theme of the website. Have not added anything else into it. On that note, I will still take a look at what you have said and see.

I hope the information works out for you. I think ViArt should remove that field entirely as we could all use Custom Blocks if we wanted text in that space. I'm not really sure why it's still there; originally it was before the ability to place custom blocks on these pages.

Yes I see it in there. Thank you for the info. Kinda took me by surprise that there was even something in there. I am still new to this platform and learning. I really do like the look and feel of it so far.

TOCDCO is correct the text in this block is taken from Settings > Helpdesk > HelpDesk Settings > "Intro text". If you leave this box empty then this block will be hidden so it shouldn't cause problems.
