How do I add a UK Std parcel thats going to the Outer Hebredies, and other extreme places.
 
As the rate is different than for mainland UK

I too have this problem.
I use the I.O.M. settings and change the shipping module description to IOM and Scottish Islands.

I know I've found it somewhere.
 
But where do I modify the shipping module description, to change 'IOM and Scottish Islands' and possibly also 'United Kingdom (not Scottish Islands)'
