And, the hell of it is that I can't reset to the original template that's been working fine for a year. I get a message now, "Block 'catalog_description' doesn't exists." (not my typo...)

All I did was change the active template from Curved (Enterprise) to Default (Enterprise) and nothing I do will make the proper settings to get my site back online. Cutomers are calling constantly, and I'm taking orders by hand now.

Any suggestions on how to recover from this? Why the heck are the admin features there if they don't work!

After upgrading to Version 8, I am able to work with the templates, but this is a caution: I have paid for upgrade service, and I am not complaining, but somehow my templates were not all upgraded every time or something got out of synch with my installation.

When I tried to switch from one to the other, I was never able to load any of my pages. This is a situation that needs to be explained, so none of us fall into that trap! It's never a good thing to have an active productive site taken down for several days!

This is really about the only complaint with this script. It's something that has been brought up before. When they add new features, it sometimes means changing things in the templates too. That's cool. New features are good. I just think they need to also include like a "what's new file" that includes new tags added to the templates so webmasters can manually add them to templates already being used for their sites.
