Ok trying to run install.php and it asks for the usual details and all are accepted fine. However when I click next it will either give me a message about an ICAP issue or just give me a blank forever loading screen.
 
the following error was encountered:
 
* ICAP protocol error.
 
Some aspect of the ICAP communication failed. Possible problems:
 
* ICAP server is not reachable.
* Illegal response from ICAP server.
 
(to save confusion the reason I called it stage 1.5 is because its kinda half way between 1 and 2 :P)

This is a proxi server error so it needs to be resolved either with hosting administrator or internet provider.
