Hi,
 
I am having some trouble installing this great app on a Windows 2003 server.
When I load the first pages, it comes up with the installation page.
I enter the MySQl data, the it populates the database, and at 63 or 68% it always stops.
Then nothing happens...:(
Is this some script timeout? I tried changing everything in both PHP and IIS.
 
Any ideas?

Most likely it stop by script timeout when populating database. You can uncheck 'Test Data' checkbox and try installation once more. If it doesn't help you can populate MySQL manually by using 'db/mysql_viart_shop.sql' script and then also uncheck the 'Populate DB' checkbox on first installation step.
