tried twice to install the shop with auto install both have given me first message and said it started completion messages still coming.
Where to next

check your webserver to see if the files are there, the one time autoinstall actually uploaded the files I never got a confirmation message.
 
Also that install did not work for me and after countless attempts I downloaded CuteFTP (free trial) and uploaded everything again, making sure to set the mode to binary to upload the "includes" folder.
 
Also I then had to log into my control panel on my webhost and manually set the chmod permissions to 777 before I could actually get it to work!!
