When testing support, I look in the backoffice at the ticket and Product has "The Lord of the Rings"?!? I cleared the database and started fresh. I know in the populated database there is a product that is The Lord of the Rings...but since I started fresh, where is this coming from and how do I delete it?

if you go to the helpdesk system, and select products from the helpdesk drop down... delete that product.
