Just evaluating and have to say well impressed so far. Couple of things.
 
1. In classic template how do I add items to top horizontal menu (Or remove) such as News, Galleries, etc - Basically where do I do to edit this?
 
2. Specials - figured this out pretty much but can't get rid of one of the sample items even though product deleted. Still appears in specials block! Item is 'Exploring Southern Californian Beaches'

Got it menus sorted, but #2 still valid

It seems, there are two sample products with such name and one of the products is added to special offers section. Please, go to Administration > Products and enter the name 'Exploring Southern California Beaches (FalconGuide)' in the search field. One more item should be found. Then either delete the item or untick the 'Add this Product to Special Offers section' checkbox on the Special Offers tab.

I have already deleted them all but still appears

Can you please check once more that you have delete all products with this name. Alternatively, you can send an access to your Admin panel to our support team so we can check the issue.

Got it sorted. Because I had deleted the Cats couldn'y find until filtered by 'In Stock' all sorted now
