since the support deparment never responded to this, I'm posting it here.
 
After we updated 3.5 to 3.5.34 we have found out that messages_utf zip was probably not updated (or those files were broken, IDK) to the current version and thus some text in CMS was missing. To be more exact, some menu fields became blank after update and some text in those menus themselves is missing at the moment. This applies to ALL languages, as we tried english, french, russian and exactly same menus and same parts of text were blank.
On the other hand, while using win1251 encoding everything works fine in 3.5.34, from what we make a conclusion that the issue lies withing those messages_utf set of files. Please issue a fix for this asap (for 3.5.34 Enterprise edition), as your product is quite hard to use without this fix. And no, win1251 encoding is not an option for us.
