Anyone know how to set a QTY selector for Options?
 
Let's say you are selling a product that comes in RED, GREEN BLUE.
 
How can a person select:
 
3 - Red 2 - Green 5 - Blue
 
This would be in the same product so that all 10 items are purchased via one add to cart transaction.
 
Any ideas?

Could you not just have 3 Qty options;
 
Option 1 - Qty (Red)?
 
Option 2 - Qty (Blue)?
 
Option 3 - Qty (Green)?
 
Then within each of these option you would have the qty in the value boxes.

The only problem with that is it does not update the order quantity?

Yes, order qty does not get updated when using Options. The biggest problem is shipping when using options.
 
At least that is the challenge I face with my shop.

We have elected to have a per-size product individually. There are only 5 garment sizes involved and the client is just starting out with one line of t-shirts. Bottom line - 5 different products, one for each available size, which allows inventory controls, etc. etc.
