I started evaluating your shopping cart the other day and it works on the production server, running mySql 3.23. However, I can't get it to install on my home pc. I was running mySql 5.0... Uninstalled it. Now, I'm trying with version 4.1. I get 'Warning: mysql_connect(): Client does not support authentication protocol requested by server; consider upgrading MySQL client' I've tried all day. I am very impressed by what little I've seen online. Any suggestions?
 
I even tried a user w/o a password. The error is 'can't connect to database'.
