hello, i have a big problems.
 
 
Our site currency is Euro
All orders from UK , Belgium, Norwey and some other countries are paid with paypal as USD and decimals number and euro symbol vanish from order details . If customer choose other method of payment as bank transfer same problem, no euro symbol or decimals number.
 
This problem don't exist for french, italian, irish, german and other countries customers.
 
we didn't edit any system files.
I cannot understand this problem
I am using 3.5 enterprise viart .
 
Some other people got this problem too ?

no currency symbol and no decimals, and bad part if passed to paypal customer pay with USD and not euro

1. checked with a software to compare original viart 3.5 folder with my server folder. all were same. i went crazy to find if any difference with my files or php files, doing a file size check. all failed.
 
later only avaible solution was to upgrade viart
 
2. just download the 3.6 viart version software, and did a upgrade of software. and now this bug seems vanished.

zhuzhu, sorry to hear of the problems but pleased it's fixed.
 
I use PayPal - have done with Viart for a very long time - and have had no problems with any version, including 3.5, 3.6, so you should keep an eye on your set up as it may not be a Viart bug?

hello , it wasn't a problem of setup or files.
french , italian, and other countries payment was correct, it wasnt a problem of paypal too, even for bank transfer viart cancel the decimals and currency symbol. just of viart that for some countries as uk or belgium pass the order currency as usd and not euro. i didn't changed anything of store files. i compared the original 3.5 viart folder with my folder and all were same. i won't investigating anymore because with 3.6 seems fixed. however i saw other people having problem of currency on forum, so some bug can appear.
