I originally bought X-Cart. But there were some limitations so I took to the web to find another ecommerce platform. I found www. onlinescript.net and their "trading marketplace" software and tried their demo. Looked great so I bought it. Turns out that in the docs section the text files say Viart Shop v3.3.2 copyright 2007 all over it.
 
I looked up viart and here I am.
 
So my questions are:
1. Do I have a legit version of Viart? (maybe they are selling an older version for cheap)
2. How do I upgrade to the latest v3.6. I sent a message to onlinescript to get my serial number.

How did you go with this Matt? "trading marketplace" is definately a version of Viart. Is it legit... whats the story??

After taking a look, I would say - Buyer beware.
 
I recommend placing a ticket with ViArt for the best route to
go. If what you have is legal, you'll pay to upgrade otherwise your left with buying a legal version that carry upgrade coverage for a period of time.
