Description
 
1) There is a problem with Fast Checkout when it tries to get shipping methods and none are available. (Notice: Undefined offset: 0 in /home/public_html/blocks/block_order_info.php on line 2976)
 
2) When Order Total is 0 and payment systems are radio buttons it is not possible to complete checkout (error 'Payment Gateway is required').

Extract 'block_order_info.php' in 'blocks' folder of your shop replacing existing file. Please do not forget to make a backup copy of the current file in case something goes wrong.
