Description
1) When you're creating a new support request from admin panel you can see constants instead of messages in Status* drop down selection.
 
2) The same problem in Helpdesk > Operators Report section.

Extract 'admin_support_request.php', 'admin_support_users_report.php' into 'admin' folder of your shop replacing existing files. Please do not forget to make a backup copy of the current file in case something goes wrong.
 

So is this not supposed to work with the current language selected? See image. Only the 'Select Type' message is in the language selected, but the items in the drop down remain english...

 
If there is available a translation for this message yes it will work, if there is no translation then you will see English message.
