Description
When you click "If the delivery details are the same as above tick here" the Country field is copied, but the States field (and states dependable on it) is not updated until you change the Country field.

Download the file above and extract 'ordering.js' in the /js folder of your shop replacing existing file. Please do not forget to make a backup copy of the current file in case something goes wrong.
